MP CM disburses Rs 1,835 crore under Laadli Behna Scheme
The CM transferred the amount by a single click, at a grand Laadli Behna function held at village Mungwani in the Narsinghpur district of the state.

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr Mohan Yadav on Tuesday said that the state government plans to introduce a single-exam format on the pattern of the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) for entry into all types of state government jobs. He pointed out that the recruitment process for state government jobs takes longer because of multiple examinations.
The CM made the remarks while addressing leaders of employee unions and a large number of government employees at a Diwali Milan Samaroh organised by the State Government Employees’ Union at Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Park in Bhopal.

The CM also said that the state government is considering the formation of a new Employees’ Commission. He added that the government would fill nearly 20,000 vacant posts in the police department over the next three years and is also working to fill 19,504 new posts of Aanganwadi workers and helpers.

The CM also said that the state government is trying to bring the Dearness Allowance (DA) of state employees on a par with that of central government employees.
The CM asserted that the role of employees is crucial in the functioning of any government. He emphasised that while employees work to implement government schemes on the ground, the state government remains committed to their welfare and benefits.
